"I first learned of Sypek Painting & Company, LLC through a tradesman working at my home and later through another tradesman who had previously done some work for me. They indicated that the business is relatively new and in its initial growing phase. It seemed worth meeting the owner and getting a quote.
I found Sarah to be customer service oriented and flexible. She was easy to work and plan with and very accommodating in terms of scheduling. She got back to me very quickly with a reasonable quote and I opted to hire her for the job.
I was never uncomfortable leaving Sarah to work on her own in my home. She gave me daily updates and communicated any questions or concerns promptly. I was impressed with how quickly she worked and how tidy the house was when I returned at the end of the workday. She was very responsive to messages I left for her and gave me thorough and detailed answers to my questions.
Sarah has high standards but nobody is perfect and I did express concern about one area I felt would benefit from some additional staining. Sarah could not have been nicer about it; she was determined to meet her own standards and mine. She offered to return immediately to remedy the problem and was as good as her word. I mention this point not because I am in any way dissatisfied, but because I was impressed by how much she cares about customer satisfaction. She followed through promptly, capably, and cheerfully.

Sarah did an outstanding job removing the wallpaper, priming, painting, and stencilling our walls in the kitchen, sitting area, hallway, and guest bathroom. Sarah is meticulous in all areas of work. Her quotes were timely, she arrives at the time she sets with you and does not go over budget. Even though the work spanned several days, Sarah cleaned the areas so that we were still able to move throughout the house without dust going everywhere. This is our second experience with Sarah's work; earlier this year she removed the wall paper in our very large parlor, painted the master bedroom and my bathroom. Her work in those rooms were exceptional! Removing the wallpaper in the parlor room that measures 18' by 24' with a ceiling span of 12' was not a job that other painters wanted to take on.
